Meet Fierce Personal Injury Lawyer Attorney Thomas Kocurek

Attorney Thomas Kocurek was born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. He graduated from Baylor University with a B.B.A. in Finance and Economics (1997) and earned his law degree from Baylor University School of Law (2000). Following graduation from law school, Thomas returned home to San Antonio and started his career as a civil trial attorney. He has over 20 years of experience focused on the development and trial of personal injury actions. Thomas’ experience includes the representation of individuals and families in lawsuits arising from oil field accidents, construction injuries, defective products, wrongful death, carbon monoxide poisoning, motor vehicle accidents, and 18-wheeler collisions.

Thomas is licensed to practice by the Texas Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the Northern, Western, Eastern, and Southern Districts of Texas. In the year 2022, Thomas achieved a Top 50 Verdict for a client who was severely injured by a commercial motor vehicle. Thomas also actively practices personal injury law in the state of New Mexico where he is licensed by the New Mexico State Bar and the United States District Court, District of New Mexico.
