DEFECTIVE ROAD CONSTRUCTION
While the cause(s) of this accident have not been determined, investigators may look into possible defective road construction. Some roads have a higher concentration of accidents than others do. While that does not necessarily mean that the road was engineered improperly, this could be true in some cases.
Investigators consider factors like slopes, curves, and speed limits to see if the road complies with highway engineering regulations. If a road is determined to be “defective,” then individuals injured in accidents on the road may be able to recover compensation through this type of claim.
